This has been a challenging year for all of us in many different ways. With quarantine orders in place in almost every community there has been a significant shift in the timing of year-end awards and recognition orders for Clubs and Districts around the world. Our order volume is always high in June as awards ceremonies get closer. This year with all the uncertainty and delay, our June order volume will be quite a bit higher than normal. We appreciate your trust and your business more than you know and, as always, we will do everything in our power to get your order to you by the date you need it.
In our highest volume months we have always had a rush charge in effect in order to be fair to all concerned. We have held off implementing these charges as long as possible but now, as we all work extra hours and add more temporary staff to handle the volume, we will implement the following policy for orders placed after 8am CDT on Friday, June 12.
$5 - If your need-by date is 2 weeks or less from your order date.
$10 - If your need-by date is 5 business days or less from your order date.
$15 - If your order contains customized items (badges, engraving, embroidery, etc.) and your need-by date is 2 or 3 days from your order date (requires overnight shipping).
