"Need-by" dates are required on all orders, and are especially important this time of year. We will do everything in our power to get your order to you by the date you need it. In our highest volume months we implement a rush charge in order to be fair to all concerned. We always hold off implementing these charges as long as possible but now, as we all work extra hours and add more temporary staff to handle the volume, the following policy is in effect for all orders

$10 - If your need-by date is 10 business days or less from your order date.

$20 - If your need-by date is 5 business days or less from your order date.

$30 - If your order contains customized items (badges, engraving, embroidery, etc.) and your need-by date is 3 days or less from your order date. (also requires overnight shipping).
