SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our shipping department works diligently to assure that you will receive your package in time and without any damage. We package all merchandise carefully.

Shipping charges are billed at cost plus a $2 handling fee per order. Special handling/shipping is available at additional cost. We offer shipping by UPS, US Mail and International Mail. Packages shipped by UPS can be tracked and are guaranteed. Most packages are shipped by UPS unless the weight and value are such that it will save you money to use another method. Please specify on your order if you would like your package to be shipped by a preferred carrier.

For all orders to be shipped outside the United States we will render a pro forma invoice including shipping and handling charges. If requesting shipment by mail, for orders outside the continental US, we cannot guarantee the package and will not be responsible if the package is lost.

Please indicate the date that you need the item(s) when ordering. Russell-Hampton Co. makes every effort to ship the items the best way possible to get the merchandise to you when you need it.

For domestic shipments of stock items, your credit card will not be charged until we ship the order, except for for items which are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. In those cases your credit card will be charged before we place the order with the manufacturer. For all International shipments your credit card will be charged as soon as you have communiated your preferred shipping method and authorized us to charge your card.
