Hi, I'm Bob Lowe, President of Russell-Hampton Company. I'd like to personally welcome you to our online store for Rotary Clubs and Rotarians, and thank you for your interest in our products and services.

Russell-Hampton Company first started providing emblem merchandise to Rotarians in 1920. Here we are in the 21st Century. How many things have changed in our world since 1920? The answer to that question is truly mind-boggling! But here at Russell-Hampton Co. we strive to keep some things from changing at all. Things like quality merchandise, fair prices, and the best customer service we can provide. One of the things that helps us accomplish that is family pride. Russell-Hampton Co. is a family-owned business having four generations of Rotarians.

Back in the old days, the company was a "mail order" business in the true sense of the word. Even when I joined the company in 1984, the majority of our orders came in the mail. That rapidly changed a year later when I introduced our toll-free phone number. Now with phone, fax, email and web orders, "mail orders" have become almost completely obsolete (yes, we still do occasionally receive an order in the mail). So, have things changed? Yes, tremendously! But when you call us your call will still be taken by a helpful and courteous customer service representative, just like in "the good old days".
