sense of the word. Even when I joined the company in 1984, the majority
of our orders came in the mail. That rapidly changed a year later
when I introduced our toll-free phone number. Now with phone, fax,
email and web orders, "mail orders" have become almost completely
obsolete (yes, we still do occasionally receive an order in the mail).
So, have things changed? Yes, tremendously! But when you call us
your call will still be taken by a helpful and courteous customer
service representative, just like in "the good old days".
